So far as the balance of salary amounting to 29. 7. 2
is concerned there should be no difficulty in the matter,
as the deceased left all his estate to our client, and
she was duly confirmed as executrix confom to confirmA -
tion marked as intimated to you on 16th January 1914.
With regard to the claims under the Pension Fund it will
of course be for the Government of Hong Kong to decide
to whom the pension should be paid.
